The future of tablets is exciting. They are becoming as powerful as gaming consoles and have surpassed the processing power of supercomputers from the 1980s. Tactus is literally raising the bar for keyboard technology and integrating their hardware solution into the touch screens of tablets as early as 2015. I first saw this technology at CES 2013, but this year they are in talks with major tablet OEMs and should start manufacturing by the end of 2014.
There's no doubt that once they develop this hardware further, it'll be integrated into cell phones too. Let's hope they don't get acquired by, oh I don't know, say Apple or Samsung or Google... Hopefully they'll pull a Snapchat and keep this little beauty all for themselves and dish them out for all to consume.
