Great Inventions in the Past 25 Years

Well world, we've come so far with innovation in technology and everyday gadgets and gizmos. The telephone, the television and even the wheel are some of our earlier inventions, but what are some of the inventions that we have today that have been introduced within the past couple of decades? Have we made anything at all? Well the truth is, we actually made a lot of things in that time. How about we take a look?

The Flo

The Flo has to be one of the best exercise inventions of all time. Not only are you exercising a ton with it, but you're also having fun doing it. So what is The Flo? It has to be one of the best exercise inventions of all time. Why spend time exercising when we can't have any fun? The Flo helps with all of that. With The Flo, it lets people exercise and also have fun while doing it. It doesn't matter if you're overweight, pregnant or even have a girlfriend, The Flo is for literally everyone. If you buy a second and you don't need it, give it to your dog as a chew toy or even a cat for a cat toy whether it's yours or not. It's been said that even the most rich of people use it for just a hobby. How many hobbies do rich people have anyway? Scientists say that they have millions (one for each dollar they have). So out of all the millions of hobbies they have, what's one of their top 3? The Flo, which actually hits number two. Number one for them is The Rubber Band.

Clippy

Picture
Clippy the paperclip. When does Clippy come around when we really need help? Actually, when does he not? I've never felt more of help from anything than I've had from Clippy. Even if I know most of a really simple program without needing any type of tutorial of how to get from A to B even if it's a really huge process and can still get through without a problem, Clippy will still be there most of the time to butt in and really give me a full tutorial of how to use my right-click efficiently. I never knew I could insert a photo into my document that way. Thanks, Clippy!

GLH

GLH is for Great Looking Hair. "What is he talking about?", you may be wondering. Well it's a product that lets us spray a spray in our bald spots to create hair. How does that work? All you have to do is point the spray can on the bald spot, spray, and then you have hair! It's actually a spray on hair technology that lets the chemical adapt to the tiny hairs on your head to grow on yourself to ultimately make, well, hair! So why use Rogaine or surgery to bring back that hair when you could just spray away? Thank God for Science. Here's a look at the product:

TV Hat

Viewing for a new way to watch your favorite television shows on your mobile device? Well eye no further! The TV Hat is right at your doorstep for a small price. Some will think that there is no way we could accomplish this feat without looking ridiculous, but we can. Not only can we have our own movie theater at our disposal, but we can also do it in style. If you take a gander at this photo to the left, you almost can't even notice that the woman is enjoying full High Definition Television. I actually did a test with this product and people responded to me like I wasn't even there. And what better of a way to make this product make us look cooler, than by making the hat brim impossible to notice. What I'm saying is, it looks exactly like a hat. It's perfect.

Phone Fingers

Quite possibly one of the best of our modern inventions has to go to the Phone Fingers. Not only will we have a clean phone to accompany our mobile devices, but we can make this happen with style. This half-glove, touch-screen hand-cozy will let us have grease-free cool-handheld-device fun. It's actually pretty simple. All you have to do is slip the Phone Fingers on and away you go. There is more than one use to it as well. When winter comes around, it will keep most of your hand warm, which is definitely enough. And also, if you're using your mobile device on the subway or a bus ride, you could kind of look like a super hero to scare off those unwanted suspicious persons eyeing up all of your expensive devices. Top things that robbers think when they see the Phone Fingers equipped on someone:

  • Oh that's a Super Hero maybe
  • I think that Super Hero has a device that makes me singled out
  • Oh no, a Super Hero maybe
  • Oh no, a Super Hero is here
  • I think that's a Super Hero
  • I want to eat a turkey club, I hope that possible Super Hero doesn't possibly read my mind and get to the turkey club before I do
  • I'm sorry man, here's my money back
  • What is a Super Hero
  • *Shoots him/herself*

So All in All

So all in all, at the beginning of this article you must have been thinking, "there are probably no inventions in the past 25 years". Now I'm sure you're thinking that there must be at least a million inventions that are fantastic, especially the five that we spoke of in this article. And don't forget, these last five inventions are probably the best, if not the best. Give them all a try. If you do, you know that I gave you my word on the best of the best.

    R.A.N.T. writers

R.A.N.T. is a blog fueled by intense enthusiasm for notable subjects in the world. Our writers ramble about these topics based on pure opinion, which is better than your opinion, I might add. There is no topic, idea, thought, philosophy, or belief that our team will not tackle.

Rambling About Notable Topics is also in podcast form! Check the blog regularly for audio episodes hosted by Kyle Cicilioni where he and his guests will engage in debates, arguments, and and silly quarrels about a different topic each episode.
